Nigerian businesses selling clothing, food, beauty products and more. Kanti supports sellers taking individual orders through chats and teams handling spreadsheet uploads and rider deliveries.
Kanti does not connect directly to your chats. Add orders yourself or upload an Excel or CSV file, review the results and approve them. You can then share each order link with the customer.
No. Uploading creates orders after your review and approval. Later spreadsheet edits do not sync automatically. Reusing the same source label and external order references avoids creating duplicate orders.
Record direct transfers or cash after confirming you received the money, with no Kanti transaction fee. Optional online checkout confirms payment automatically and has processing fees plus a ₦50 Kanti fee.
Yes. Record each cash or transfer payment on the order and see the amount still owed. An owner or admin can approve fulfilment on credit and add a due date. You can filter overdue balances; Kanti does not send automatic payment reminders.
Add an existing debt for the amount still owed. It appears in Money owed, without counting as a new sale. Record repayments against that debt as they arrive.
You arrange your own riders or customer pickup. In Kanti, invite riders, set coverage states and assign orders. Riders sign in to report delivery outcomes. Kanti does not book couriers or track live rider locations.
Operations approves delivery before payment. The rider reports the cash collected when marking the order delivered. Operations reviews that report, then records and verifies the money the rider remits. Delivered, customer payment and rider remittance are tracked separately.
No. Use Kanti in your browser on a phone or laptop. You can also add it to your home screen. You need an internet connection.
